For detection of Influenca suptype H1N1. The H1N1 Assay contains
all reagents for isolation of viral RNA, amplification and
detection of H1N1. The isolation of viral RNA from swab samples is
based on an optimized method for isolation of viral nucleic acids
(patend pending). The final amplification and detection is based on
the RAH technology (Rapid Amplification Hybridization) and take
place on a simple lateral flow stripe.
