AppliFlex is a line of single use bioreactors
produced by Applikon company. Manufacturing
corresponding to highest quality standarts, based on 50-years
experience of bioreactors and sensors production with a
guaratee with a guarantee accurate measurement and control
required parameters. Bioreactors in total with sensors and
controlling systems provides you ability to follow the requirements
of cGMP.
Single use bioreactors AppliFlex find wide application in the
pharmaceutical and biotech industry for the cultivation of animal
cells, insects, plants and microorganisms. Reactor with a culture
medium is placed on a swinging platform that provides gentle
mixing.
The line of bioreactors AppliFlex works with 10 -, 20 - and
50-liter bags. Bags and sensors (pH, DO, T) are intended for
single use. As an option, can be used reusable kits of sensors.
AppliFlex Rocker (mixing base for sacks) has been developed in
accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the CE
(European Quality Control) and can be used for a number of volumes.
Control system (pH, DO, T, rpm) supplied as standard.
Main parts of system:
- Reusable container with a single use bag.
- The heating element (shown in red).
- The holder of the container (ports located on it).

reactors CellReady 3L, intended for the
cultivation of animal cells, insects, plants.
Control unit represented by the
classic controller ez-Control with reusable sensors, pH,
temperature, dissolved oxygen. The bioreactor is equipped with all
kinds of transparent flexible tubes, for sampling or
recharge; completed impeller, a heating jacket, the motor (P100),
to sterile bottles lye, starter kit.
