In recent years there has been a large increase in the number of imaging applications using the G:BOX. In addition to the UV, white light and chemiluminescence applications there are now a vast array of coloured fluorescent dyes being used - Alexa fluors, Cy dyes, Q Dots, Dylites etc, etc. These dyes require a range of different excitation wavelengths and so Syngene and our competitors have produced a number of different solutions.
